These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ibiza Leads website and services. By booking a Lead Leak Audit or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Ibiza Leads provides done-for-you enquiry-to-sale systems for Ibiza-based service businesses. Our core service includes:

What's included:

Conversion landing page + thank-you page

Online booking calendar

Enquiry capture forms

Centralised lead management (inbox + pipeline)

Automated acknowledgement + follow-up sequences (7–10 days)

WhatsApp integration

Alerts/notifications for new or stale enquiries

Full technical setup (domain, email routing, DNS)

Handover + training

What's NOT included:

Running ads or paying ad spend

Social media content creation

Replying to messages on your behalf

Ongoing marketing management

Full website rebuilds (unless separately agreed)

3. Pricing and Payment

Setup fee: €2,500 (one-time)
Monthly retainer: From €97/month (covers platform, basic support, and WhatsApp integration)

Payment is due as follows:

Setup fee: 100% upfront before work begins

Monthly retainer: Billed monthly, starting upon system handover

We accept bank transfer and major payment methods. All prices are in Euros and exclude VAT where applicable.

4. Lead Leak Audit

The Lead Leak Audit is a free 20-minute consultation to assess your current enquiry flow and identify leakage points.

The audit is obligation-free

No payment is required to book an audit

The audit does not guarantee any specific outcome

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services, you agree to:

Provide timely access to required accounts and platforms

Provide necessary content, logos, and business information

Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe

Ensure you have the right to use any content you provide

Delays caused by lack of access or information may extend delivery timelines.

6. Ownership

You own what we build.

Upon full payment and handover, you retain full ownership of:

Landing pages and funnels

Workflows and automations

All content created for your business

We do not retain access to your systems after handover unless separately agreed for ongoing support.

7. Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 7–10 working days from receiving full access and required information. This may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Setup fee: Non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, we will refund 100% of the setup fee.

Monthly retainer: Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial months.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ibiza Leads provides systems to help you capture and follow up on enquiries. We do not guarantee:

A specific number of leads or bookings

Revenue or sales outcomes

Results from your marketing or advertising

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., CRM platform, integrations).

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
